Don't Fence Me In

I was AWOL on Friday. I had to stay home to get the fences and gates installed. It went well, and they are beautiful.

This is the gate that leads from the driveway into the backyard.

This is the dog run gate. This view is looking out toward the main yard.

This is the dog run gate from the main yard looking in. I had trim put on the top so I can peek over and see what my dastardly mutts are up to when they are in there.

And this is the enclosure for the pool equipment. This piece took a long time for them to finish.

On Saturday, I went for a run through Huntington Beach Central Park.

I took a few pictures of the lake as I ran around it. At the very end, there was the Egyptian Geese family, mingling with the giant white geese. Everyone seemed to be getting along.

On Sunday, we went down to the new dining/shopping venue, called Pacific City. We ate at a BBQ called the Old Crow Smokehouse. I had burnt ends - yum.

As you can see, it was a beautiful day here in HB.

So today, back to work.. Here's what I wore:

This is a moleskin pencil skirt with an XOXO top. It is supposed to be very hot today - mid 80s at the coast. My job is about 5 miles inland, so it's a little warmer here.

You can see the embellishment on the top here. I wore a Joan Rivers convertible necklace.

On my right arm, a ruby bracelet, a gold bracelet, a gold ring, and a costume ring.

On my left arm, a leather cuff from INC and my yellow gold wedding set.
