My sister in law gave me a big bag of Clinique stuff that she got for a promotion and didn't need. Oh hell yes. Let's see what we have here.
The bag is satin, and it's about 7 x 5. It's lined in hot pink. It has a label that says Tracy Reese for Clinique. I don't know who that is. There is also a one ounce atomizer of Happy. I like that perfume, and I needed a new fragrance that isn't Victoria Secret Body Spray. I have been using those lately. So it was stuffed. Here's what was inside.
There are 2 kinds of makeup remover. The pink one is called Take the Day Off. The blue one is Rinse Off Eye Makeup Solvent. I will squirt it on my eyes before I shower if I am wearing makeup. I almost always do these days. I'm getting scarier by the day. I can always use these. Yay.
Then there is a green tube of Liquid Facial Soap Mild. Awesome, I needed some. I also like Origins, but I am out of it. And then there is a nice sized tube of Dramtically Different Mositurizing Lotion. It's that yellow stuff that has been around for years. It's great stuff. I'll use this after I finish the one I am currently using. My husband just took the bowl of face hair out back. I wonder if he was spray painting indoors and got poisoned or something. He's acting weirder than usual.
So what else was inside my freebie swag bag? Let' see.
There are two lipsticks, and they appear to be about 3/4 of the regular size. One is called Raspberry Glace. The other is called Bamboo Pink. I can never tell how lipstick is going to look on me until I try it, but these seem like safe, classic colors. Then there is a sample size bottle of A Different Nail Enamel. There's no color listed on it, but it looks like a bright hot pink. Good for toes.
Then there is a tube of High Impact Mascara. It's about 3/4 size. I haven't used this one before. I have a lot of mascaras that I got as bonus gifts, so it may be a while. Right now, I am using Calvin Klein, and I like it a lot. And there is this weird dual wand thing. It has the High Impact Mascara on one end, and Long Last Glossware in Bonfire on the other end. to me, that seemed like a strange combo, but I guess it's good for your purse.
Lastly, there are two eyeshadows. One is a three shade palette called Going Steady. It's purple, lilac and pale lilac.The other is called Color Surge Duo, and it's in Sparkling Sage and Daybreak.They both say suoer shimmer. I don't know if that's for me, because the shimmer might accentuate the lines around my eyes. I'll give it a try some day. I have gobs of eyeshadow - they last forever. I'm glad I didn't get a blush - I have a ton of those.
Well, whatever my husband was up to is over, because he's back inside looking at his computer. Maybe the aliens are sending him messages through the Internet. I am going to recommend that he wear a tin foil hat just in case.
