The Great White Hope

I had an important meeting today, so I wanted to pull out all the stops. I figured that if I looked really nice, then the doctors would pay attention to me. It didn't hurt that my presentation was all good news for everyone. This dual approach worked. They listened. Here's what I wore:

A white knit Altuzarra dress with a gold pearlized leather jacket. Here's the dress without the jacket.

The black thing is my pedometer. This dress has really nice detailing at the waist - little gold things.

As you can see, I wore a long gold chain with a faux emerald pendant. I also wore a shorter necklace with a real emerald.

I took this opportunity to wear one of my favorite pairs of shoes. I don't wear them too often, even though I love them. They are Ivanka Trump.

Her shoes are so feminine and flattering. I got them at Nordstrom. On my left arm, I wore my stretchy crystal bracelet form Saks, and my wedding set.

On my right arm, I wore an enamel/crystal ring, also from Saks, and a J Crew crystal link bracelet.

I forgot - I have another meeting at noon, so this flattering (although not super comfy) outfit will kill two birds with one stone.

Since today is Thursday, I am linking up with Alice at www.happinessatmidlife.com
for Throwback Thursday. Nothing I am wearing is all that old, except my wedding rings. But I'm gonna play along anyway, because Alice is so cute. See you all later!!!
