Why am I felling blue? Well, it's because of my new pants.
They are Calvin Klein. I got them a few weeks back, when we were out at the mall for some reason (maybe Calista's birthday gift) and CK was having a 70% off sale. Here's another look.
It was hard to decide between a couple of different pairs. I tried 3 pairs on, and even though they were all size 2, they were different fits. One pair was too snug, One pair was too loose. Then, I tried on the last pair, and they were just right. (okay, Goldilocks). There is some vanity sizing going on here. We'll see how they launder, since they are 97% cotton. They will probably be okay, since CK is a nice brand (and my favorite brand). I tried a pair with a belt, but these fit better. They have a no belt loops waistband, and welt pockets on the back.
I already had this polyester charmeuse top, which turned out to be an exact match. I also had the perfect necklace, which I got up in San Luis Obispo a couple of years ago.
And of course, you know I have oodles of blue jewelry in just about every shade. On my left arm,
A wide enamel cuff and a malachite ring.
