Red Rover, Red Rover, Send Rosie right Over

At least I am dressed for it:

I am wearing Loft slim fit slacks that zip up the side. My turtleneck is INC and I have the same one in black.

Me deep red leather jacket is from id Sport.

Here are the slacks on a hanger so you can see the shape.

They are a red-on-red brocade. I wore them to a Christmas party last year.

My scarf has the fur part and then a long chiffon tie that can be left straight or tied - I have it woven through the faux fur.

On my right arm, a garnet/opal bracelet and a Colleen Lopez garnet cushion ring.

On my left arm, an all garnet bracelet, a fire opal band and a round solitaire.

I'm a Winner !!

This is what I wore to work yesterday:

This is a Style and Company tunic dress in an easy shift style.

I wore my sadly forgotten black suede ankle boots with the tassels. I got a lot of compliments. I guess they don't get a lot of action because I have so much stuff in my closet.

On my right arm, a mother of pearl spaceship ring , a diamond tennis bracelet and an Italian silver bracelet.

On my left arm, my round solitaire, a three diamond band and another Italian silver bracelet.

The dress has tiny silver beads around the neckline and down the front panel. I wore my braided silver necklace with it.

Here's why I am a winner - I went to a travel show at AAA and won a pound of See's candy.

Today, I am wearing a paisley blouse from Express and some twill slacks from Loft.

On top, my ruffled denim jacket from Chelsea and Theodore.

It has a cute flounce in the back. Here's a better look at the ruffled collar.

My very old faux pearl and pink teardrop necklace was the choice for today.

On my right hand, a mabe pearl ring.

On my left hand, an adventurine  ring.

And we are done - can't wait to pick up my candy !!!

Pants a Palooza

It's an unusual occurrence when I wear pants two days in a row. But I really wanted to wear this forest green chiffon blouse with the sparkles all over it. I have tried a number of different combinations, but the best one seemed to be with these ivory slacks. The top is from JM Collections and the slacks are from White House Black Market.

Since I am doing a green theme, I wore my Irish Claddagh wedding ring.on my left hand.

On my right hand, an emerald/diamond ring and a peridot ring.

I wore three necklaces, all costume. The longer two are chains with random crystals, pearls, and beads.

The shorter one is peach crystals with clear rhinestones.

Yesterday, I was also in a pants wearing mood. I wore red trousers from J Crew with a Saks blazer. The fabric is hard to describe - it's close to a boucle and it's marled, but that is as near to it as I can get.

This picture shows my blue topaz and silver herringbone necklaces. I wore a black turtleneck with thin white stripes.

Sunshine and Sparkles

We'll get to the sparkles first - this is what I wore today:

This is a very old Ann Taylor dress with a side sarong tie.

This is a picture of me flipping my hair back when I put on my jacket and pulled it out from underneath the collar.

There we are - sparkly jacket from Nite Line all adjusted. No sparkles were harmed.

This jacket has almost every color of the rainbow in the print.

Three necklaces today - the shortest is garnet, the middle is a multi gemstone barrel and the longest is sapphire.

On my left arm, my yellow gold wedding set, a gold bracelet and a multi gemstone tennis style bracelet.

On my right arm, my giant amethyst ring, a sapphire bracelet and a multi gemstone bracelet.

So my birthday is coming up. I ordered myself two gifts - here is the first one.

Some Valentino sunglasses - they are black and maroon. The V is maroon and has clear crystals.

I am sure that everyone has heard about the rain In California this past week. Kenni used our beautiful weekend to catch up on his sunbathing. The belly lump is his dinner - I was shocked at how big his gut became after he ate.

This is Vinni, looking through our filthy muddy paw stained sliding door.

By the way, don't come for dinner at our house. I caught Doc and his co-conspirator, Pandi, "cleanng" the frying pan.

Okay, so it did go through a high temperature wash after this episode.
