A Snake in the Grass

Today's outfit was very saccharine, so it called for a little bit of reptile, to even things out.

My black snakeskin trimmed Kate Spade purse and some Mossimo platform sandals were the ticket.
Here is the offending dress:

This is just a cheapy lace dress with a nice knit jacket by Distinction of New York on top. The sweater has ribbon, braid, and mesh embellishments all over it.

                                     It looks nice against the crocheted texture of the dress.

                I chose a long silver tone locket to give more of a vertical line to the outfit.

On my left arm, I have a wedding set and a howlite bracelet from Saks.

On my right arm, one single ring, carved from agate or some such stone.
