It was at Sigler Park Splash Pad. It is located inside the park, and they have all kinds of fountains and other water attractions for the kids to run and play in.
In the back, near the restrooms, they have concrete tables where everyone can sit and eat.
Everyone got to pick their favorite.
The cake had plastic animals on it - I remember giving them to the boys a couple of years ago. After they were removed to cut the cake, Pandi had fun licking off the icing stuck to the bottom.
A double birthday wish ceremony took place.
Of course, Pandi is always a big draw- all the kids love her because she is so gentle and loves the attention.
She got some pepperoni from the pizza as she gazed through the bars at the splash pad.
We didn't take her inside until the water shut off because I was afraid it might startle her. Also, there were a lot of kids begging to play with her, and it may have been sensory overload if I just let her loose.
Looks like everyone ended up happy !!!
Onto today - this dress was a game day substitution - the one I had chosen and ironed was too short. This navy knit lace dress is about as short as I should wear for work.
Since the castoff was also navy, the jewelry I picked out still coordinated well. This is a Joan Rivers convertible pendant/pin and a jade and lapis necklace.
On my right arm, a sapphire bracelet and an emerald/diamond ring.
On my left arm, a sapphire ring, a gold bracelet, and a lab-created emerald bracelet.
And that's about it for today, so here are the links.
