I layered a black Karen Kane vest over the Armani Exchange blue satin dress that I got last weekend in Santa Monica. Many years ago, my mom and I went to Napa for our birthdays, and at the Karen Kane outlet up there, she bought me the vest, skirt, and matching blazer. I have never worn them all together, because it felt costumey to me. Yet here I am , dressed like a Saint Pauli girl. HEEHEE.
This is a closeup of the trim. It's a bunch of blue tones, with silver and black seed beads and sequins tossed around there. It is on all three pieces of the set. I doubled up on necklaces.
