Last night was Hair Color Beauty Night. Here is my hair before:
Not horrible, but not great either. So I bought this product that I love. I don't use it every time I color my hair because it's very time consuming. But I love the results when I am not too lazy to use it.

Here's the back after:
Note the Clipper bowl.
Today, I got up at 8, and it's still raining. The forecast predicted a chance of showers, but we have gotten 2 inches so far. That's pretty significant. I'm glad that I got the roof done while we were still in a drought. We were going to go to a Mexican restaurant with my mom today, but then she got sick, so we will reschedule for next weekend, if my face doesn't hurt too much. Maybe we will go to the indoor mall today so we can at least walk around a little bit. We'll see.
Well, we didn't go to the mall to walk. Instead, we went grocery shopping, and by the time we got home, the rain had stopped, so we took Kenni, Vinni and Elli for a walk. Then we watched Sleepy Hollow (the Johnny Depp movie) on TV. Our grandson called to tell us that he got a new German Shepherd puppy - he named her Annie. I think it should be Anni, so she can join the "i" club.
Speaking of the i's, they were not happy at being put back in the yard after their walk. They proceeded to shred their comforter. How that hurts me is beyond my comprehension.
Here they are, snuggling up in their shredded blanket. I still have one or two more old blankets in the garage that they can have.
So onto today. It's not raining, but it is very foggy. So I bundled up to make the 7 minute trek to work.
Whenever I wear a not so alluring outfit such as this, one of my friends says that his grandmother donated something similar to the Yeshiva Rummage Sale. Okay. It's better underneath. Voila.
My jacket is Karen Scott and my skirt is Pendleton. I wear this outfit once every five years, no holds barred. Here's a closeup of the jacket - it's boiled wool, with a faux fur collar and frog closures.
My midi skirt is plaid - green and blue. So I am wearing a navy velour turtleneck and a green belt.
I am wearing two necklaces today, and obviously one is green and one is blue. The green one is my long faux emerald pendant.
The shorter one is the lapis number that I got in Coronado. Remember, I broke the delicate chain it came on. I didn't have another chain thin enough to fit through the bail, so I had to add a bigger bail. I did that this weekend.
I continued the crazy matchiness with my arms. On the left, an emerald and diamond ring and three elasticized Austrian crystal bracelets.
On the right, a sapphire and diamond ring, a sapphire bracelet, and a small diamond tennis bracelet.
I wore the same black boots that I wore to the Clipper game, since they were still laying on my office floor at home.
Well, since it's Monday, I am once again linking with Patti at www.notdeadyetstyle.com for Visible Monday. She's giving away a dress today, so if you haven't ever visited her blog, now is the time!!!
